French Polynesia will host the 2027 Pacific Games across Tahiti, Moorea, and Raiatea from July 24 to August 7, 2027. The event will welcome athletes from 24 nations and mark its third time hosting the Games, following editions in 1971 and 1995. Beyond sport, the Games are designed as a cultural celebration uniting Melanesian, Micronesian, and Polynesian communities through festivals and ceremonies. "This is not just a competition, it is a shared human experience," notes Noëlline Parker, President of the Organizing Committee. Sustainability and inclusion are central to the organizing vision.
