Episode Hotel entered the hospitality industry with an ambitious and revolutionary niche. As the first tech hotel in the country, it offers vacationers a trip to the future with modern technologies, smart apps, and comfort-oriented digital solutions. The hotel's history is traced back to the transformation of a former Soviet Union student accommodation into a contemporary and stylish property. With the help of advanced technologies and a team of talented architects and designers, the space was reconstructed and transformed into a state-of-the-art hotel with modern conveniences.

"At Episode Hotels, we strive to make our guests' stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We understand that guests may have a variety of needs during their stay, which is why we offer amenities and laundry services that can be easily ordered through the app with just a few taps," says Nikoloz Cherkezishvili, Co-Founder and CEO at Episode Tbilisi.

In the coming years, Episode plans to introduce a new franchising model that offers property owners the opportunity to invest in leading-edge technologies while maximizing revenue options.

The hotel proposes a range of modern amenities designed to meet the needs of both leisure and business travelers. Co-working spaces and meeting rooms provide a convenient and professional environment for those who need to work on the go. For larger events or conferences, the hotel also has conference rooms available to accommodate groups of various sizes. These spaces are fully equipped with the latest technology.

The growth potential of the Georgian market reinforces the hotel management's ambitious development plans. The comprehensive economic partnership agreement (CEPA) signed between Georgia and the UAE serves as proof of this. The Co-Founder of the hotel believes that CEPA could further bolster the tourism sector by increasing the number of UAE leisure tourists and business travelers visiting Georgia. Additionally, the agreement could lead to the creation of new tourism products and services, such as cultural exchanges, adventure tourism, and eco-tourism.
